Violence among youth is a malignancy in our culture and a major public health issue escalating to epidemic proportions.  As with any malignancy, the conditions for healing best occur when extrication is at the core level followed by supportive therapy.  Fearless Loving Youth (FLY) is established to address the core causes of disruptions in relationships that escalate to violence as a form of resolution with a faith-based platform for healing.

Our Program focus is on youth at risk with outreach that include schools, churches, foster care programs, and community centers. Our mission is to teach youth the principles of Love, Dignity, and Self-Esteem and develop mind, body and spirit while positioning them to make a positive impact in the community on a local and ultimately global level.

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

We teach through quarterly “Fruit of the Spirit” Workshops. The length of a Workshop Training Cycle is 5weeks – and includes an introduction and the instruction of key concepts – which are: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Self-Control, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, and Gentleness. Teaching these concepts is sure to aid in healing at the core level.

FLY targets youth at various ages and for this reason our curriculum is based on child developmental milestones.  The ages are divided by preschool (3-5 years); elementary age (6-11 years); early adolescence (12-15 years) and later adolescence (16-23 years).

WORKSHOP Registration

Currently, our workshops are held quarterly. Please check below for the workshop dates, times, and locations. Workshops are free but require registration. Once you decide on the desired workshop, you may register for the workshop by completing our online Registration Form. After you submit your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been processed. Registrations close 2weeks prior to the workshop start date. We strongly recommend that parents be first partakers of our introductory workshop before registering their children for the 5week workshop.
